Plan to wear your western-garb: cowboy hats, boots, plaid shirts, bandanas ~ all optional, but have fun with it if you want!!

Temecula Vail Lake KOA Campground is just a short drive from home, located in the Temecula foothills

Check-In Time: 1pm Friday | Check-Out Time: 12noon Sunday

Tenting, RV’s, Trailers, Camper Vans, Car Camping – all okay (no power or hookups)

Campsites have table, fire ring, BBQ

Firewood will be provided by YMCA

Restrooms on-site and showers available at the restrooms

Water available at the campsites

No power in our reserved sites

Generators are permitted. Generators are not allowed between the hours of 10 pm - 7 am

Store Hours: 9am – 5pm

TVL offers great biking! Adult supervision & helmets required ~ helmets mandatory for anyone under age 18!

TVL (the lake) is closed due to the road and bridge being washed out. Not accessible for fishing.

Ø Always check the weather forecast (Temecula) before planning and packing – temps can change dramatically from day to night!
Ø Tent, Ground Cloth, Stakes to secure tent (if needed)
Ø Sleeping Bags, Sleeping Pads, Pillows

Ø Clothes for varied temps, bring layers, comfortable shoes, extra socks

ADDITIONAL INFO
You will receive a link to the TVL-KOA Smart Waiver (in the final eblast) to be completed before you arrive at the entry kiosk.
You will also receive a Dashboard Sign to place in your vehicle for the duration of the weekend.
Final agenda, maps, site information will also be sent the week of the campout.
If you are new to Wildcat, be sure that you are in communication with your Group Leader; they will provide you with important meal planning & other campout information.
You will have a blast with your Wildcat friends at Vail Lake in May!
Adventure Clubs campouts will take place rain, snow, wind or shine.
